My binge eating was at its height when I was working in the corporate world and it would play out in ways such as:
- Corporate events where I would starve myself all day because I knew there was going to be a big meal later on then getting drunk VERY quickly with the free bar as I'd not eaten anything;
- Too frightened to talk about my issues in case people thought I couldn't do my job properly;
- Bingeing at the weekends because my workload was so stressful and I didn't know how to put boundaries in place;
- Always putting myself to the bottom of the list and saying yes to everything leaving me mentally exhausted and using food to cope with those emotions;
The list could go on and on!
You see when you have a food addiction (and yes, it is an addiction), the workplace can be a very challenging place.
But it doesn't have to be.
Once you work out what's driving your behaviour, the workplace, and home and eating out and all those other fearful events/occasions no longer cause you stress.
Emotional eating is like a jigsaw puzzle as there are many elements that make up the issue. Each person's puzzle pieces will be individual to them but when you discover your puzzle pieces you can be free of it forever.
This is why everything else you've tried so far hasn't worked because you're not looking at THE ENTIRE PICTURE or the root causes, you've not been given a formula that works.
Using my proven strategy I've helped hundreds of women gain their food freedom so they feel calm and relaxed at work not even thinking about food!
