I know I’ve been there and it was my story for a very, very long time. I spent years on anti-depressants, every day felt like a struggle, I was always wondering what the point of life was but then I discovered that I was in control of my own thoughts and that’s when things changed…

Years of study and research have made me realise that there are three main reasons why we struggle to change:

  1. Our feelings, which are driven by our beliefs
  2. Our beliefs, which are driven by our thoughts
  3. Our thoughts
So ultimately everything boils down to thought. If we can change the thought we can change our beliefs and our feelings. But how do we actually change our thoughts? For years this was the part I struggled with. Rapid Transformational Therapy helped me change my beliefs but my emotional mind still seemed to constantly hijack my rational mind. And then I worked out how to keep that emotional mind in check through some very simple tools and techniques that I still use to this day and I’m totally free of anti-depressants.
